Who will check out my new car to make sure it’s all good, and who will be cleaning it prior to collecting?

Before you take delivery, the car will be checked over by our workshop. And our workshop is not staffed wholly by apprentices!! We have 6 fully qualified technicians and 1 apprentice. But a little more on our apprentice. He was VACC 1st Year Apprentice of the Year. We think that’s a special achievement and we are super proud of him, but we digress! Point being a uber experienced workshop will be checking over your new car to ensure its all good.

But it doesn’t stop there! Then, your new wheels will be prepared by our detailer. He’s been doing it for 22 years, so safe to say he know what he is doing so when you drive out our drive away your new wheels will be looking great!

Who will I be dealing with when I arrive at the dealership?

You’ll be meeting our experienced team in Andy, Josh and Karen they are super friendly, know their stuff and best placed help you on your journey. But don’t worry, they are not the "typical car salesperson" and we pride ourselves on our positive review sentiment! Did we mention we are a multi award winning dealership? Where do I have to drive to in order to inspect and test drive?

Twenty minutes outbound of Ringwood – but it’s worth the drive, we make sure all the car we sell are worth your time. We make sure the experience you come away with is worth your time.
